Two working sessions a month plus written answers between them, for managers who want a standing sounding board.

How an engagement runs
Four steps, no discovery call needed to get started.

Order online
Pick the engagement, complete the order form and pay by card, iDEAL or Bancontact. You get an order reference and an invoice.

Prepare
We send a short questionnaire and review the documents you already have — org chart, job description, plan, whatever exists.
- 03
Work the session
A working session by video or telephone, or on site in Paris. Not a sales call — the engagement starts here.
- 04
Receive the deliverable
A written document within the stated lead time, plus one round of follow-up questions in writing.

What we do not do
Stated plainly, because it changes who should hire us.
- No placement. We do not source, present or place candidates, and we are not a temporary-work (interim) agency.
- No payroll or personnel administration. Pay runs, contracts of employment and personnel files stay with your accountant or payroll provider.
- No legal or employment-law advice. Where a question is legal, we say so and you take it to a lawyer.
- No accounting or tax filings. Not our activity and not our registration.
- No interim management. We advise; your managers decide and execute.

Do you place candidates?
No. We are an advisory practice under NAF 70.22Z. We help you define the role, the process and the decision — you or your own recruiter run the search. We are not a placement or temporary-work agency.
How do I pay?
Online, on this website. Choose an engagement, complete the order form and pay by card, iDEAL or Bancontact at checkout. You receive an invoice by email; larger programmes take a deposit now and the balance on delivery.
What do I actually receive?
Every engagement ends in a written deliverable — a summary, a plan, a role definition or an organisation map — delivered within the lead time stated on the service page.
