Is BegBud a recruitment agency?
No. BegBud is an advisory practice registered under APE/NAF 70.22Z (business and other management consulting). We help you define the role, the process and the decision. We do not source, present or place candidates, and we are not a private-placement or temporary-work agency.
Do you give legal or employment-law advice?
No. Dismissals, contracts of employment, collective agreements and anything else that turns on the Code du travail go to a lawyer. If a question in a session turns legal, we will say so during the session rather than answer it.
Do you handle payroll or personnel files?
No. Payroll, personnel administration, accounting and tax filings sit with your accountant or payroll provider. BegBud is not registered for those activities.
How do I pay, and when?
Online at checkout, by card, iDEAL or Bancontact, in euro. Engagements up to €690 are paid in full when you order. The Transformation Programme takes a 40% deposit at checkout and the balance is invoiced on delivery. An invoice is issued for every order.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. BegBud operates under the French franchise en base de TVA (art. 293 B du CGI), so prices are net and no VAT is charged or reclaimable. The invoice states this.
What exactly do I receive?
A written document: a summary of findings and priorities, a role definition and interview scorecard, an organisation map and responsibility matrix, or a four-week plan — depending on the engagement. Each engagement page states its deliverable and lead time.
How quickly do you deliver?
3 business days for a Diagnostic Session, 5 for a Hiring Strategy Sprint or Organisation & HR Advisory, staged weekly across four weeks for a Transformation Programme. Rush delivery in 48 hours is available as an add-on.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time, and cancelled for a full refund in the same window. Inside 24 hours, or once written work has been delivered, the fee for the work performed is due. See the cancellation and refunds page.
Do you work outside France?
Yes. Remote engagements are delivered anywhere in the European Union, in English or French. On-site work is included in Paris; travel elsewhere is quoted separately and never charged without written agreement.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, at no charge. Send us yours before the session, or use the confidentiality clause in our terms of sale, which applies by default.
Who is the seller and who invoices me?
Andersson Casper Lars Jonathan, trading as BegBud, 7 rue Notre-Dame de Lorette, 75009 Paris, SIREN 108 817 149. The invoice is issued in that name and the payment on your statement is taken by that seller.
I ordered but did not finish paying. What now?
Nothing has been charged. Open the order-status page with your order reference and email address and you can start the payment again, or write to us and we will reissue the link.
