What the practice is

One consultant, a defined catalogue of engagements, and published prices. There is no bench, no associate model and no resale of other people's work. When an engagement is booked, it is run by the person named on this page.

The work is management consulting in the ordinary sense: helping the person who has to decide see the problem clearly, then writing it down in a form the rest of the organisation can act on. Most of it concerns people — how a team is shaped, who decides what, which role to open and how to interview for it.

Activity carried out

BegBud carries out business and other management consulting, registered under code APE/NAF 70.22Z — Conseil pour les affaires et autres conseils de gestion. Everything sold on this site falls inside that activity: management advisory, organisation design, hiring strategy and people-operations guidance, delivered as advice and written documents.

The practice does not carry out private placement or temporary work (interim), payroll or personnel administration, accounting or tax filings, or legal and employment-law advice. Those are separate, and in several cases regulated, activities that BegBud is neither registered for nor holds an authorisation for. Where a question falls into one of them, we say so and you take it to the right professional.

Who you work with

Casper Lars Jonathan Andersson founded the practice after years spent inside growing companies watching the same decisions get made badly under time pressure — roles written from the tools rather than the outcome, reorganisations announced without owners, interviews run on instinct. BegBud exists to make those decisions on purpose instead of by default.

Fixed prices, published on the engagements page, paid online at checkout. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers other than the monthly one, and no charge that was not shown to you before you paid.
